  2. We go through the package and your venue

    Floor area, ceiling height, power, access, and the bump-in window your venue will allow.

  3. Only then is a date held

    Sending an enquiry is not a booking. The date is reserved after the written agreement and the deposit: a deposit of 20-40% once the agreement is signed, the balance 5-10 days before the event.
