The catalogue
14 ideas forone good evening.
Six categories, from a co-operative pirate deck to an art-deco gala. Most of what we run is built around people doing something together; one category is dressed as a heist floor, and poker machines for events sit in that one as a hosted free-play zone.

What actually decides it
- The occasion. An anniversary or an awards night wants a Grand Room; a newly merged team wants a Harbour Adventure.
- The headcount. Puzzle Rooms cap at 40 and 60. Everything else runs to 80.
- The venue. Floor area and ceiling height rule formats in and out faster than taste does.
- The length. Three hours suits a daytime program; four hours suits an evening with speeches in it.
- The group. A room that already knows each other can take a seated narrative; a room that does not needs stations.
What we will tell you
Send the date, the venue and the headcount and we come back with two or three formats, not fourteen. If your room cannot take a build we will say so in the first reply rather than at bump-in, and we will suggest the format that does fit.

Questions
Questions weget asked.
How do we choose between fourteen positions?
Start with the occasion and the headcount, then the venue. A room you want transformed points at Grand Rooms; a group that needs to mix points at Harbour Adventures; a night with speeches in the middle points at a Grand Room or the signature heist floor. Tell us the date, the room and the headcount in an enquiry and we will come back with two or three that fit, not fourteen.
Can we combine two formats in one evening?
Within reason, yes. The Pokies Zone sits next to almost anything, and poker machines for events are the add-on we are asked about most often. Two full programs in four hours does not work: each build needs its own floor area and its own crew, so the evening ends up rushed. We will say so if your combination is one of those.
What are the real limits?
Guest limits run from 40 for the Escape Room Event to 80 across most of the catalogue, and program hours are 3 or 4. Those are limits of crew numbers and floor area, not soft targets: a format at 120 guests is a different build and a different price, so we would quote it separately.
Who is responsible for what?
We are responsible for the program, the crew, the equipment, transport, bump-in and bump-out, and for one coordinator being on site the whole time. You are responsible for the venue and its furniture, power and amenities, for catering and drinks, and for any permissions the venue requires for rigging or amplified sound.
