Dazzle Loop

About us

We build theevening, notthe brochure.

Dazzle Loop is an event company based in Brisbane, working across Australia. We plan and run co-operative and themed programmes for companies and for private occasions: crews and treasure routes, puzzle rooms, field days, dance floors, black-tie builds, and a casino-styled heist floor.

We publish the full composition of every package, the guest limit, the programme hours and the final price, because that is the information people actually need before they can decide. There are no case studies, client logos or testimonials on this site by choice: what we can show you is exactly what arrives at your venue and exactly what it costs.

Seven steps fromcall to load-out.

  1. The first conversation

You tell us the occasion, the date, the venue and roughly how many people. We ask about the room and about the group, because those two decide more than taste does.

  2. Two or three suggestions

Not fourteen. We name the formats that actually fit your room and your headcount, with the price of each, and say plainly where one of them will not work.

  3. The written offer

The final price, what is included, the run sheet, the floor plan, and the list of what your venue has to provide. Nothing is held until this is agreed.

  4. Agreement and deposit

a deposit of 20-40% once the agreement is signed, the balance 5-10 days before the event. The date is reserved from that point, and not before.

  5. Preparation

Run sheet finalised, timings matched to your catering, artwork collected if you are branding part of the build, and the venue contacted about access and power.

  6. The event

Bump-in up to 3 hours before doors, one coordinator on site for the whole programme, and the crew listed with the format. Your contact deals with one person.

  7. Bump-out

Packed down within 1-2 hours after the programme, and the room left the way your venue needs it.

Six things wehold to.

Event crew briefing in a venue before doors, with equipment cases and a floor plan on a table
  • One organisational contact. One coordinator carries the project, and is on site for the event.
  • The scope is visible before you order. Package contents, limits, hours and price are published, not quoted on request.
  • Taking part is voluntary. No guest is pushed into an activity. Watching and talking is a normal way to spend an evening.
  • Adults only. Our programmes are run for guests aged 18+ and over, except the supervised children’s track on a family day.
  • Conditions in writing. Price, run sheet, floor plan and venue requirements are confirmed in writing before a date is held.
  • We say no when it will not work. If your room cannot take a build, you hear it in the first reply, not at bump-in.

Who is inthe room.

  • Host and compere

Opens the evening, runs announcements and closes the story. Briefed to keep the microphone time short.

  • Host-croupiers

Teach the table games from zero and keep explaining through the night. One per table, for the whole programme.

  • Activity hosts

Run stations, crews and puzzle tracks. Numbers are listed with each format, not estimated later.

  • DJ

Builds the set from your requests and your do-not-play list, and holds the room after the formal part.

  • AV technician

Rigs lighting, sound and screens, and stays for the programme on the larger builds.

  • Coordinator

One person responsible for the whole project, on site from bump-in to bump-out, and your single point of contact.

Crew numbers for your event are listed with the format you choose, in the catalogue.

Full prices and what sits in each one

Props, not stakes.

The casino-styled part of our catalogue is themed entertainment held at a venue you choose, for guests aged 18 and over. Chips are props: they are not sold, cannot be topped up, and are never exchanged for money, goods, vouchers or prizes. There are no stakes, no cash winnings and nothing online — and where a free-play machine zone is booked, the cabinets run on their own internal credits with nothing paid in and nothing taken out.
