Three tables,three lessons.
Roulette
A 240 x 120 cm table with a dressed layout and a full chip tray. The host-croupier spends the first ten minutes on the bet types, then keeps explaining as new guests arrive at the rail.
A themed activity: chips are props and nothing is placed at risk.
Blackjack
A 180 x 90 cm table, a shoe and six decks. The easiest table for a guest who has never played anything: one decision at a time, and the host-croupier talks it through out loud.
A themed activity: chips are props and nothing is placed at risk.
Poker
A 220 x 110 cm table with a dealer button and two sealed deck sets. Hand rankings are printed on the table edge, and the host-croupier runs slow hands for beginners on request.
A themed activity: chips are props and nothing is placed at risk.
The free-playmachine zone.
An optional zone next to the tables, booked as its own catalogue position. Four cabinets of 75 x 60 x 180 cm and 94 kg each, set on a dressed plinth line 4.8 m long, with two LED uplights and carpet runners. One host stays with the zone for the full 4 hours and shows guests which button does what. Two of them are mechanical slots — metal reels turning behind glass, with a side lever — and two are screen cabinets.
- Two mechanical reel cabinets with side levers, two screen cabinets
- Power: one standard 230 V 10 A point per cabinet, 0.4 kW each, within 8 m of the plinth line
- Floor area: 12 m2 including queue space in front of the cabinets
- Unloading: a 90 cm doorway with step-free access or a service lift rated 150 kg
- Delivery, placement, cabling, bump-out and removal inside the setup window
- Hosted by one of our staff for the whole program, not left unattended
Each cabinet runs on its own internal credit balance. Guests do not pay anything into a machine, credits cannot be bought, topped up or taken out, and nothing is exchanged for money, goods, vouchers or prizes. Note and coin acceptors are removed. Entry to the zone is 18+.
Machine zone, four cabinets A$4,850 Booked next to this format or on its own. GST included.

Props, not stakes.
The casino-styled part of our catalogue is themed entertainment held at a venue you choose, for guests aged 18 and over. Chips are props: they are not sold, cannot be topped up, and are never exchanged for money, goods, vouchers or prizes. There are no stakes, no cash winnings and nothing online — and where a free-play machine zone is booked, the cabinets run on their own internal credits with nothing paid in and nothing taken out.
Questions
Questions weget asked.
Is this gambling?
No. It is an entertainment program at a venue of your choice, for guests aged 18 and over. Chips and cards are props: they are not sold, cannot be topped up and are never exchanged for money, goods, vouchers or prizes. There are no stakes, no cash winnings and no online play. Our responsible entertainment rules set this out in full.
Do guests need to know the rules beforehand?
No, and most do not. Each host-croupier spends the first ten minutes of the evening teaching their own table from zero, and keeps explaining through the night as new guests arrive at the table. Guests who prefer to watch and talk are a normal part of the room.
Can we run the night without the machine zone?
Yes. The three tables, the host-croupiers, the set dressing and the DJ are the format. The Pokies Zone is a separate catalogue position that some clients add next to the tables and others leave out entirely.
What does the venue need to provide?
A clear floor of at least 80 m2 for three tables plus circulation, three standard 230 V power points, a loading route without steps or a service lift with a 90 cm door, and the bar and catering. The heaviest single item we carry in is 94 kg.
Can we brand the room?
Yes. The backdrop takes a branded panel at no extra cost if you send print-ready artwork at least two weeks before the event, and the uplight colour can be chosen from our gel set to match your own palette.
Check the datebefore you plan.
Send the date, the venue and the headcount. We will tell you within a working day whether the floor works and what the written offer would look like.
