Every amount on this page is the final price for the described programme, with GST included. It is not a per-person rate and you do not multiply it by your headcount. The catalogue runs from A$4,850 to A$8,950.
How to readthese numbers.
What sets the price
- The format itself: crew numbers, equipment and the size of the build
- Programme length, 3 or 4 hours, as listed with each format
- The guest band the format is built for, not the number who turn up
- Nothing else. The same package costs the same in Brisbane and in a regional town, because transport is already inside it.
What would change it
- A guest count above the listed limit: that is a different build, quoted separately
- Extra programme hours beyond the listed length
- Custom set construction rather than our existing builds
- A second format in the same evening, each with its own crew and floor area

The price is the same across Australia: we are based in Brisbane and one trip is already costed in. A smaller group than the listed limit does not reduce the price, because crew and equipment are unchanged. Programme hours exclude bump-in up to 3 hours before the event, bump-out within 1-2 hours after.

We check the date
Availability for your date and the crew the format needs. This is a reply, not a hold: an enquiry does not reserve anything.

We go through the package and the venue
Floor area, ceiling height, power, access and the timing your venue will allow for bump-in and bump-out.

The date is held in writing
Once the agreement is signed: a deposit of 20-40% once the agreement is signed, the balance 5-10 days before the event. The full conditions are in our terms and conditions.

Is the price per person or per event?
Per event. Every figure on this page is the final price for the whole described program, and you do not multiply it by your headcount. GST is included.
Does a smaller group pay less?
No. The price is built from crew numbers, equipment and transport, and all three are the same whether 40 or 80 guests turn up. A group of 40 at an 80-guest format simply gets a quieter room.
What can be adapted inside the price?
Each format lists what moves: station counts, table counts, the order of the program, branded panels where artwork is supplied, and the timing of breaks around your catering. What changes the price is a different guest band, extra program hours, a second build or custom set construction.
Are bump-in and bump-out part of the program hours?
No. Bump-in runs up to 3 hours before the event and bump-out within 1-2 hours after it, and neither counts against the 3 or 4 hours of program. Make sure your venue booking covers that window.
When do we pay?
A deposit of 20-40% once the agreement is signed, and the balance 5-10 days before the event. An enquiry on its own is not a booking and costs nothing; the date is only held after the written agreement and the deposit.
