The Heist Floor

Our signature heist room and everything that sits around it: three tables in casino styling, host-croupiers who teach the rules, an agent-themed night, a social poker bracket, and a free-play machine zone.

This is the dressed-up corner of the catalogue. The styling is cinema rather than a gaming venue: tables and chips are props, and the evening is written as a story with an opening and a finish. The 18+ limit applies across this category.

The formatsin full.

Ocean's Eleven Night signature

An evening built on the heist-film idea: your guests are the crew, the room is the floor, and the three tables are where the crew gets to know each other. Host-croupiers teach roulette, blackjack and poker from scratch, so nobody needs to arrive knowing the rules.

The styling is cinema. Chips and cards are props, there is nothing to buy into and nothing to cash out, and the whole point of the night is that people who normally email each other end up standing at the same table.

What is included

  • Roulette table 240 x 120 cm with a dressed layout and a full chip tray
  • Blackjack table 180 x 90 cm, shoe, cut cards and six decks
  • Poker table 220 x 110 cm, dealer button, two sealed deck sets
  • Three host-croupiers on the floor for the full 4 hours of program
  • One event coordinator on site from bump-in to bump-out
  • Backdrop wall 3 x 2.4 m, two plinths and eight LED uplight points
  • Photo corner with a props crate: 14 dressed props, no numerals on any chip
  • DJ with a 2 x 400 W PA, two wireless microphones and a lighting bar
  • Set of 1,200 symbolic chips and 6 card decks, delivered and collected

Adaptable inside this price: Within this price you can swap the poker table for a second blackjack table, move the photo corner to the room entrance, choose the uplight colour from our gel set, and add your own branded backdrop panel if you supply the artwork two weeks ahead.

Secret Agent Night

Guests arrive as agents and collect a dossier at the door. Two dressed tables and four desk stations run in parallel, each holding one part of a mission that only resolves when the room pools what it knows.

A host in character keeps the mission moving and reads the closing briefing. The dress code does most of the work, so this format needs less set dressing than a full gala.

What is included

  • Roulette table 240 x 120 cm and a blackjack table 180 x 90 cm, both dressed
  • Two host-croupiers plus one host in character for 4 hours
  • Briefing desk with 80 printed dossiers and four desk stations
  • Backdrop wall 3 x 2.4 m with a shutter-pattern gobo and six LED uplights
  • Sound system 2 x 400 W, two wireless microphones
  • Prop set: 22 items including attache cases, keycards and ciphers

Adaptable inside this price: The mission text is rewritten around your company's own in-jokes at no extra cost if you send us the notes three weeks out. Table count can drop to one if your room is under 100 m2.

Social Poker Bracket

Four tables, a printed bracket on the wall and a host who explains the hand rankings before the first deal. Guests play for position on the ladder and nothing else: chips are props, with no buy-in and no exchange of any kind.

The bracket is paced so that guests knocked out early move to the side tables and keep playing socially rather than going home. The final table gets the microphone and a two-minute wrap-up.

What is included

  • Four poker tables 220 x 110 cm with dealer buttons and sealed decks
  • Two host-croupiers and one bracket host for 4 hours
  • Printed bracket board 2 x 1.2 m plus marker set
  • Set of 2,000 symbolic chips in four denominations-free colours
  • Six LED uplight points and a 2 x 400 W PA with one microphone
  • Scorekeeping and the printed ladder updated live through the evening

Adaptable inside this price: Table count scales from two to four inside this price. We can run the bracket as a single long game instead, or pause it for a dinner service of up to 50 minutes.

Pokies Zone (free play)

A corner of your room becomes a machine zone. We deliver four cabinets, place them on a dressed plinth line, plug them into ordinary power points and take them away afterwards. A host stays with the zone for the whole program, shows guests which button does what, and keeps the area tidy.

Two of the four are mechanical slots: real metal reels turning behind glass, with a side lever and the sound that goes with it. The other two are screen cabinets. Guests queue for the mechanical ones, which is why we carry them, and it is also why the zone works as a photo spot rather than only as something to press.

This is the position people are usually looking for when they search for pokies hire or slot machine hire for a party: it is equipment rental with a host, delivered to your venue and removed the same night. The zone sits well next to the tables on a heist floor, and it also works on its own at an anniversary or an end-of-year night.

What is included

  • Four cabinets, each 75 x 60 x 180 cm (W x D x H), 94 kg per unit
  • Two mechanical reel cabinets with side levers, two screen cabinets
  • Dressed plinth line 4.8 m long with carpet runners and two LED uplights
  • One host with the zone for the full 4 hours of program
  • Power: one standard 230 V 10 A point per cabinet, 0.4 kW each
  • Delivery, placement, cabling, bump-out and removal inside the setup window
  • Note cards at the zone explaining the free-play credits and the 18+ limit

Delivery and power

  • Cabinet dimensions 75 x 60 x 180 cm, 94 kg each, moved on a stair-climbing trolley.
  • Unloading needs a doorway of at least 90 cm and either step-free access or a service lift rated 150 kg.
  • Four standard 230 V 10 A power points, one per cabinet, within 8 m of the plinth line.
  • Floor area for the zone: 12 m2 minimum, including the queue space in front of the cabinets.
  • Bump-in up to 3 hours before doors, bump-out within 1-2 hours after the program ends.

Each cabinet runs on its own internal credit balance. Guests do not pay anything into a machine, credits cannot be bought, topped up or taken out, and nothing is exchanged for money, goods, vouchers or prizes. Note and coin acceptors are removed. Entry to the zone is 18+.

Adaptable inside this price: The zone scales from two to six cabinets inside this price band; tell us the room size and we set the plinth line to match. It can be booked next to any other format in the catalogue, or on its own.

How theseevenings run.

  1. Tables open with a lesson

Each host-croupier spends the first ten minutes teaching the table. Guests who only want to watch are welcome to watch.

  2. The floor rotates

Guests move between the tables, the machine zone and the bar in their own time. The coordinator keeps every station staffed.

  3. The story closes

A short reveal on the microphone, a group photo at the photo corner, then the floor goes back to music.

Hosts and crew numbers are listed with each format above. One coordinator is on site for the whole programme, from bump-in to bump-out.

What the venueneeds for these.

  • At least 8 m2 of floor per table, so three tables need a clear 80 m2 plus circulation space.
  • Three standard 230 V power points for lighting and sound, plus one more per machine in the free-play zone.
  • A loading route without steps, or a service lift with a 90 cm door: the heaviest single item is 94 kg.
  • Bar and catering handled by the venue. We do not serve food or drinks.

Bump-in up to 3 hours before the event, bump-out within 1-2 hours after. Programme hours do not include either.

Props, not stakes.

The casino-styled part of our catalogue is themed entertainment held at a venue you choose, for guests aged 18 and over. Chips are props: they are not sold, cannot be topped up, and are never exchanged for money, goods, vouchers or prizes. There are no stakes, no cash winnings and nothing online — and where a free-play machine zone is booked, the cabinets run on their own internal credits with nothing paid in and nothing taken out.

Questions

Questions weget asked.

What is a slot machine hire booking with you?

It is equipment rental with a host. Four cabinets, each 75 x 60 x 180 cm and 94 kg, are delivered to your venue, placed on a dressed plinth line, plugged into standard 230 V power points, hosted for the whole program and removed the same night. The machines run on their own internal credits, nothing is paid in, nothing is taken out, and the zone is 18+.

Are the tables real casino tables?

They are full-size tables with proper layouts, because the look matters. What happens on them is themed entertainment: chips are props with no denominations printed on them, there is no buy-in and nothing is exchanged afterwards.

How many host-croupiers do we get?

One per table for the whole program. The signature night runs three, the Secret Agent Night two, and the Social Poker Bracket two plus a dedicated bracket host.

Can guests who do not want to play still enjoy it?

That is most of the room for the first half hour. The tables, the photo corner and the bar all run at once, and the host-croupiers are briefed not to push anyone into a seat.
