Pirate decks Treasure runs Escape rooms Heist floors Galas Field days
We plan and run co-operative event programs anywhere in Australia: crews, puzzles, field days and dressed-up evenings — including a casino-styled heist floor, with pokies hire alongside it if that is the night you have in mind. You bring the occasion and the room; we bring the program, the crew and the equipment.

Casino-styled formats are 18+ and run on prop chips.
Our signature format
A heist night,run to a script.
An evening built on the heist-film idea: your guests are the crew, the room is the floor, and the three tables are where the crew gets to know each other. Host-croupiers teach roulette, blackjack and poker from scratch, so nobody needs to arrive knowing the rules.
The styling is cinema. Chips and cards are props, there is nothing to buy into and nothing to cash out, and the whole point of the night is that people who normally email each other end up standing at the same table.

Pokies hire, as an add-on.
Four cabinets on a dressed plinth line with their own host for the evening — two of them mechanical slots with real metal reels and a side lever. Book it beside any format in the catalogue, or entirely on its own.
Props, not stakes.
The casino-styled part of our catalogue is themed entertainment held at a venue you choose, for guests aged 18 and over. Chips are props: they are not sold, cannot be topped up, and are never exchanged for money, goods, vouchers or prizes. There are no stakes, no cash winnings and nothing online — and where a free-play machine zone is booked, the cabinets run on their own internal credits with nothing paid in and nothing taken out.

The shape of an evening
How the eveningmoves.
-
Doors and a drink
The room is finished before anyone arrives, so the first ten minutes are a welcome rather than a briefing.
-
Stations and tables open
Hosts teach whatever needs teaching, table by table or station by station. Watching is a normal way to spend this part.
-
The long middle
Nothing is scheduled. Guests move between the floor, the zones and the bar in their own time, and this is when the talking happens.
-
A clear finish
Two minutes on the microphone to close the story, a group photo, then music for as long as your venue allows.
What the room looks like
Light. Cloth.Sound.
Every program in the catalogue is a build, not a delivery. The lighting goes up first, then the cloth, then the props, and the last hour before doors is spent walking the room with your contact.
- Uplighting from 6 to 12 points, colour chosen from our gel set
- Backdrops from 3 x 2.4 m up to 6 x 3 m, with a branded panel option
- A styled photo corner with a props crate on every format
- Sound sized to the room, from a battery PA to 2 x 600 W with wireless microphones

From first callto load-out.
-
The conversation
You tell us the date, the room and the headcount. We come back with two or three formats that fit, and say plainly if one of them will not work in your venue.
-
The plan in writing
A written offer with the final price, the run sheet, the floor plan and what the venue has to provide. Nothing is held until this is signed.
-
The event
Bump-in up to 3 hours before doors, one coordinator on site the whole time, and the crew listed with the format. Your contact deals with one person, not six.
-
Bump-out
Everything is packed down within 1-2 hours after the program ends, and the room goes back the way your venue needs it.

Six categories
Six ways to spendan evening.
-
Harbour Adventures
Nautical stories your guests walk through together: a Pirates of the Caribbean deck, or a treasure run across a venue or a park, with maps that only work when two crews compare them.
-
The Heist Floor
Our signature heist room and everything that sits around it: three tables in casino styling, host-croupiers who teach the rules, an agent-themed night, a social poker bracket, and a free-play machine zone.
-
Puzzle Rooms
Smaller rooms, denser plots. A portable escape room built inside your venue, and a murder mystery where every guest holds one page of the story.
-
Field Days
Daylight programs for larger groups: a station-based company olympiad, and a family day with a parallel children's track run by its own hosts.
-
Dance Floors
Music-led evenings with a dressed floor: a disco night on a mirror-ball rig, and a neon night built on UV-reactive set dressing and a styled photo corner.
-
Grand Rooms
Black-tie styling for anniversaries, end-of-year nights and award evenings: a Great Gatsby gala with an art-deco build, and a Hollywood night with a red carpet and a press-wall photo corner.
Prices
One price forthe whole night.
Every figure is the final price for the whole described program, GST included. You do not multiply it by your headcount, and a smaller group does not change it.

Questions
Questions weget asked.
What is a casino-style evening actually based on?
It is a themed entertainment program held at a venue you choose, and it is 18+. The tables, cards and chips are props. Chips are not sold, cannot be bought or topped up, and are not exchanged for money, goods, vouchers or prizes at any point. There are no stakes, no cash winnings and nothing online: the result of a hand gives a guest a story, not a financial benefit. What you pay for is the organisation of an evening, not a game.
How many guests and how many hours does a program run?
Most formats are built for up to 80 guests and 4 hours of program. The puzzle formats are smaller, 40 to 60 guests, and the Treasure Run is a 3-hour program. The exact limit is listed with every format in the catalogue. Program hours do not include bump-in or bump-out: we set up to 3 hours before the event and pack down within 1-2 hours after.
Where do you run events?
Anywhere in Australia. We are based in Brisbane and transport across the country is already inside the price, so a format costs the same whether the venue is in Brisbane, Sydney or a regional town. You supply the venue; we supply the program, crew and equipment.
Do you hire out machines on their own?
Yes. The Pokies Zone is a catalogue position in its own right: four cabinets delivered, placed on a dressed plinth line, hosted for the program and removed the same night. Two of them are mechanical slots with real metal reels and a side lever, which is the half of the zone guests actually queue for; the other two are screen cabinets. People usually find this by searching for pokies hire, and it can be booked next to any other format or entirely on its own. Each cabinet runs on its own internal free-play credits, with nothing paid in and nothing taken out.
What is included in the price?
The program, the crew and the equipment listed with the format, plus planning, a run sheet, one coordinator on site, transport anywhere in Australia, bump-in and bump-out, and all applicable taxes with GST included. You arrange the venue itself with its furniture, power and amenities, plus catering, drinks, accommodation and a photographer if you want one.
How is a date confirmed?
Sending an enquiry does not reserve a date. We check availability, talk through the format and your venue, and send a written offer. The date is held once the agreement is signed and the deposit of 20-40% is paid, with the balance due 5-10 days before the event.
